On December 28th, we will be moving church (for one week only) from our usual location at Dublin-Coffman High School to a few of our homes!
In doing so, we will also be offering the usual host of faithful Vista workers a week of rest from the normal hustle of Sunday logistics. Many of those same folks are tirelessly serving to produce our Christmas services; add in a Christmas Eve service, and the time and energy really start to mount!
Now, many of you will have no problem taking a week off from church – you do it occasionally anyway! – but some of you will really miss gathering on Sunday morning just after Christmas and preceding the turn of a new year. That’s precisely why we’ll be organizing home church opportunities Sunday, December 28th!
A few families will be opening their homes for you to stop by and visit with others, share some time in scripture and in prayer, and otherwise enjoy some true community. It will be a warm space of good connection.
Tim Eisel will be offering our Lifegroup leaders the opportunity to be hosts, but if you are interested in opening your home – just contact me!
See you this weekend for the unveiling of Unveiled. Don’t pass up any opportunity that God provides for you to invite someone to what could be a life-changer!
